Mô tả công việc

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting
● Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units.
● Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
● Collaborate with brand, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
● Monitor budget spending and recommend suitable budget allocations

2. Performance Analysis & Reporting
● Monitor and analyze actual financial performance vs. budget/forecast (revenue, margins, expenses, profitability).
● Produce monthly business review decks and dashboards with clear commentary and insights.
● Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial results.
● Design and implement an analytical reporting framework with power BI

3. Business Partnering
● Partner with key stakeholders (Retail Ops, Supply Chain, Marketing) to provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions.
● Support pricing, promotion, and inventory decisions with ROI and margin analysis.
● Act as a finance liaison for new store openings, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

4. Data & System Optimization
● Work with IT and Finance teams to improve reporting systems and data automation (ERP, POS, BI tools).
● Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, models, and tools.

5. Ad-hoc Projects
● Support fundraising, investor reporting, and strategic initiatives as needed.
● Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
● 2+ years of relevant FP&A or finance business partner experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or consumer sectors.
● Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
● Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/reporting systems (e.g., MISA, SAP, Power BI).
● Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
● English communication skills

● Thứ 2 - Thứ 6: 8:30 - 18h00 (nghỉ trưa 12h00 - 13h30);
● Thứ 7: 8h30 - 16h30 (làm cách tuần)
