Contract Staff
Mô tả công việc
- Communicate with business partner, as necessary, to ensure a thorough understanding of the construction/service work to be contracted in order to ensure an appropriate work description is included within the contract request;
- Coordinate with Project Team to validate subcontractors and establish vendor selection lists, propose price proposal request sheet to get approval;
- Prepare draft and/or template agreements in advance for issuing bid documents;
- Manage progress of bidding, coordinate and conduct bid openings following company’s regulation and procedure;
- Negotiate appropriate contract type, scope, price and terms;
- Draft contract agreements, using the appropriate template, customizing to incorporate applicable terms and conditions and business unit requirements;
- Identify, assess, mitigate, resolve and manage complex problems, risks and/or issues associated with high value, high risk or complex procurement;
- Initiate the contract tracking system input, attaching the proposed agreement, the governing document and necessaries;
- Manage Guarantee Bond progress.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in finance, economic law, business administration or related field;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Have experience in Contract Field and preferred to candidates have experience similar fields;
- Ability to work independently and coordinate work of others.
- Excellent communication skills, strong business orientation; team player, detail-oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks with little stress;
- Ability to effectively and efficiently negotiate contracts;
- Ability to make recommendations to manager, when applicable, senior management for potential resolution of contractual issues;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word/ excel/ power point)
- Living place: Dong Nai/ Vung Tau
