Mô tả công việc
- Prepare cost simulation of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new line investment.
- Craft the master budget plan for standard cost, manufacturing cost, supply chain cost, procurement cost
- Gather, organize and analyse relevant manufacturing costs and recommends areas to save on direct labour, variable and fixed overhead.
- Identify any potential cost savings on cost Improvement Projects initiated by the Operations/ Manufacturing teams and track the progress of these cost improvement project initiatives.
- Conduct procurement commodities analysis by anticipating movements of global commodity prices and recommend future pricing forecasts to enable procurement department to negotiate or hedge.
- Ensure to document performance and development via URC performance assessment tools such as Performance Appraisal, Competency Assessment Form and Finance Career Skills Block Deck Chart.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Math or Finance or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 year experiences in an FMCG industry
- Very strong analytical skills, problem solving skills
- Demonstrated familiarity with manufacturing cost, supply chain cost, budget analysis, commodities prices
- Exhibits ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Modern ERP System knowledge eg SAP
- Good command of the English language is required
