* Support Global Legal team for day-to-day works for foreign markets such as USA, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, etc.
* Participating actively in problem-solving and decision-making in all areas of the business;
* Participating in compliance issues for the Company;
* Management of documentation review in accordance with current legal practices, systems and processes;
* Review, interpretation and authentication of a variety of legal documents;
* Performance of detailed validation of data elements on legal documentation;
* Adherence to complex process requirements and directions;
* Other tasks as required.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Strong background in, and analytical skills relative to, contract review and negotiation
* At least 05 years working in similar position
* Good command of English
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and legal procedures
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent research skills
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to evaluate risk, urgency and prioritize tasks
* Strong judgment and ability to resolve issues effectively
* Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
* Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
[Candidates with degrees from EU/US/UK universities are prioritised]
