Mô tả công việc
- Conduct market research and analysis on compensation and benefits to ensure internal competitiveness and fairness.
- Design and manage compensation and benefits programs for employees.
- Participate in developing C&B policies in line with the company's development strategy.
- Monitor and analyze C&B data, prepare periodic reports for the board of directors.
- Support in resolving issues related to employee compensation and benefits.
- Advise departments on C&B-related issues.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate majoring in Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience working in the C&B field.
- Strong knowledge of labor and C&B-related laws and regulations.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Effective teamwork and independent working skills.
