Mô tả công việc

Supporting and monitoring project management processes and allocating human resources in projects are key responsibilities
Supervising new project creation, project progress, project handover, etc.
Consulting on processes for each project and project team
Identifying and analyzing instances of non-compliance in the project and providing feedback or corrective actions for improvement
Identifying and assessing potential risks and issues, and proposing appropriate solutions
Organizing training sessions and supporting the implementation of processes and regulations for delivery
Assuring correctness and completeness of quality management documents
Monitoring the implementation of QA processes and plans
Conducting periodic team meetings to ensure alignment with QA processes and addressing issues with QA tools
Mentoring and providing training assistance to Associate QA Engineers

Having at least 3 years of experience
Having experience with ISO, CMMI or quality process standards is a plus
Having experience working in the Software Technology field
Having strong presentation and persuasion skills
Actively seeking and organizing problem solving
Being familiar with Agile Software Development Methodologies
Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, drawing valid conclusions, and providing solutions
Identifying, communicating and escalating issues as required
Being a team player and self-starter who will working closely with the development team
Being able to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Having strong working knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle.
Having good communication skills in English
