Mô tả công việc

Expert level of understanding of APQP requirements;
Ensures that APQP methodology is employed whenever required;
Project Planning for APQP Projects;
Escalating issues / roadblocks when identified;
Provides Program Managers and Project Team Members with support, guidance, and mentorship on application of APQP methodology;
Performs trainings on various APQP elements as well as the global APQP process;
Performs APQP periodic assessments to ensure compliance to APQP requirementsDeployment of APQP information and trainings to the shop floor through visual communication boards, training sessions, etc.

Higher technical education;
Project Management Experience;
APQP experience at least 1 year;
Minimum 3 years work experience at a manufacturer;
Ability to read and comprehend requirements deriving from international standards and customer documents and enforce these requirements or escalate to top management when direct enforcement is not possible;
Good oral and written communication skills, coherent expression;
Willingness to enforce and support compliance to APQP requirements in all circumstances, including assisting in providing guidance to personnel to help achieve compliance;
Facilitate and moderate meetings to bring about conclussions and decisions in a timely manner;
Ability to prepare training materials through presentations, visual aids, and other mediums;
Skills in writing reports and presenting information effectively;
PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. MS Project and Visio a plus.
