Mô tả công việc
1. Admin task (50%)
- Support Head of North Operation to achieved target
- Make the regular sales report (revenue, product coverage, promotion, distribution...)
- To update promotion / display programs to customers, get stock status of customers' store, calculate incentive and process payment for customers and to handle business contracts.
- Follow up promotion implement by each area to report for Head of North Operation, guideline and control ASM/MTM to push promotion be effective
- Receive and follow up sales forecast from any department
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales incentive calculations and after approval from Head of Sales report them to store HR Dept
- Work internally with multiple functions to get alignment & execution on monthly & quarterly activities. Get the support from these functions to fix internal issues & customer complaints
2. HR Task (50%)
- In charge to all recruitment activities in North
- Management headcount, recruitment procedure
- Suport to make insurance report (increase or decrease insurance)
- Control and provide uniform
- Note timekeeping
3. Any task assigned by Head of North Operation
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree (Admin, Business Administration, Human resource management...)
- At least 2 years exprience at same position
- Active, Dynamic
- "Can do" attitude
- Can work full Sat
