Mô tả công việc
- Searching for and developing new customers in different Channels (MT, GT, B2B). Generating Leads offline and online and document all Customer Information in CRM System.
- Establish, Implement and Track Sales plans and review causes of deviation.
- Customer management – building and maintaining relationship, support negotiation on terms and condition.
- Cooperate with Marketing to implement activities such as promotion, POSM Solutions and merchandising, events in order to boost sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support customer’s business needs and requirements. Solve problems related to customer requirements such as samples, orders, deliveries.
- Provide Reporting, weekly and monthly information to company management on sales goals, competitor information, market changes and other important information.
- Keep abreast of local market trends and grasp sales opportunities proactively to achieve targets
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Passion to sell and exploring Business Development - at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Experience in household categories and related Categories of Uncle Bills is a plus.
- Sales, Planning, Reporting, Analyzing, Customer care skills.
- Good communication: listening & presentation.
- Smart & flexible in working & result oriented.
- Motivation: independent and self-motivated, willing to learn.
