PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
1. Making monthly payroll, Seabank list, Cash lish of staff
2. Making monthly resigned payroll of staff
3. Preparing monthly pay slip for staff
4. Explain company’s policy which related to salary of employee
5. Update salary on fisrt of every year (after have KPI amount) for all staff
6. Report for Bonus and bonus end of year
7. Making PIT, Trade uninon payment every month
8. Summary PIT ( 12 months) for all employees and making refund tax amount and send to Acc dept
9. Register PIT number for all employee
10. Contact to websites to recruit staff
11. Making payment for unuse annual leave every year
12. Control OT tracking of staff
13. Apply visa, temporary resident card and work permit for foreigner employee, renewal when expired
14. Making Power of Attorney every yearand contact to service to make Visa 3 month and legalization for document which apply for work permit
15. Probation contract, Labor contract for staff
16. Probation contract evaluation, re – new labor contract evaluation for staff
17. Control Attendant file of staff to make KPI evaluation in end of every year
18. Prepare all document to KPI’s evaluation for all employee every year
19. Control name list of pregnant, maternity leave, take care child under 12 months
20. Issue special ID card ( work 7 hours/day) for pregnant
21. Prepares insurance of social, health and un-employment form and register at Insurance Social Dept. for employees;
22. Conduct the payment of SHUI for Provincial Social Insurance Department;
23. Often check resigned worker, pregnant leaving and other leaves related to mandatory insurance
24. Renew heath card, new insurance book if worker change their personal information, health card
25. Receive pamphlet from Insurance Social Dept (social insurance book), check and distributed to staff. Submitted the pamphlet to Social Insurance Dept when staff resigned.
26. To provide a monthly/quarterly/yearly to Industrial zone management, labor department and local police
27. Update labor law and preparing report to the company, prepares announcement if necessary
28. To provide necessary document and represent the company’s when external auditor visited
29. Making CAP for customer (if any)
30. Superviser and support for all task of HR staff
31. Other task as company’s assignment
