Mô tả công việc
- Provide effective and efficient communication with parents, overseeing student enrollment including registration of services, uniform fitting and purchasing
- Answer inquiries about uniform purchasing procedure as registered by students/parents
- Support school shop in guiding parents/students to purchase uniform
- Manage uniform purchasing data and fee collection
- Update students profile and ensure accurate maintenance of student transcripts, academic achievement records and cumulative student records.
- Produce information in formats as requested by HOE/HOS Office.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information and records for all areas of the school premises. Cumulative folders for all students, grades, transcripts, immunization dates, etc. for the purpose of documenting and/or providing reliable information relative to student records.
- Undertake duties that may arise from time to time
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Good knowledge on Logistic & Admin operation and processes
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position
- Fluency (writing and speaking) in both Vietnamese and English
- Standard user of MS Word and Excel
- Problem solving, Teamwork, Flexible
