Mô tả công việc
• Work together with Hiring Managers to understand the recruitment needs and propose suitable solutions with time-lines.
• Work with other HR Department members to achieve both personal and team goals
• Interact with stakeholders and external parties on job postings and search services
• Act as a consultant to candidates, passionately sharing company’s values
• Follow the whole internal recruitment process to fulfill the assignments (end-2-end): updating/customize job descriptions & requirements, posting, searching, approaching and consulting with candidates, screening, facilitating tests and interviews, collecting and providing feedback, and consulting with candidates in the offer phase
• Maintain daily updates of recruitment systems and brainstorm with the team/Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in recruitment end-2-end (sourcing until on-boarding)
• Work experience in executive search firms or high-tech companies (is a big plus)
• Ability to communicate in English fluently (required)
• A high-performance record and a valuable industry network
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, critical thinking skills
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, and self-confident self-starter
