As a Recruitment Executive will mainly hire level executive & supervisor, junior & entry levels and support hiring blue-collar workers for other departments.

Your duties & responsibilities are:

• Take responsibilities to hire mid-level potential candidates by posting on job portals; call check & arrange interview for line manager
• Support other departments to post & hire blue-collar workers
• Explore new job portals and build more partnership with universities, youth-run organizations for the purpose of attracting candidates.
• Support employee-branding activities and join recruiting events such as job fair, career fair,...
• Do HR admin tasks such as prepare probation contracts & prepare for on-boarding

Requirement:

• 1 year experience in recruitment. Welcome fresh graduate, have interest in Recruitment & HR field.
• Willing to learn, have supporting mindset, establish priorities and manage workload.
• Good interpersonal skills, good initiation, analyzing & fast solving problems, and negotiation skills
• Ability to think out of the box & capacity to learn and adapt in a fast-paced start up environment
• Good computer skills and fluency in English is a plus
