Tuyển dụng Nhân Viên Kế Toán Kho (Up To 15mil)
Mô tả công việc
- Oversee daily transactions related to Stock controls, Input and output stock;
- Record transactions in ERP Software;
- Sending Daily, weekly, monthly stock reports for managers;
- Check and ensure accuracy of inventory transactions incurred in the month;
- Monitor and reconcile stock reports with other business units in Olam;
- Check and record invoices/expenses related to Warehouse;
- Monthly calculation of Expenses, and analysis of cost for the Cold Store Warehouse;
- Calculations for Cost allocation of the warehouse;
- Control Fixed assets for the warehouse;
- Weekly and Monthly Physical inventory verification;
- Any other ad-hoc analysis/report required by Manager;
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields;
- Strong communication skills, able to work with multiple team members;
- Good score in university and high school (Strong in mathematics and accounting);
- Previous Experience in inventory management is preferred.
- Experience: minimum 4 to 7 years;
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations;
- at least basic English communication ;
- Good computer: Microsoft office, word, excel, or related software.
