Mô tả công việc
- Research, update and systematize legal documents relating to the organization, operation and business of the Company.
- Prepare and check the dispatch, economic contracts, serving the Company's operations.
- Translate laws and regulations for individuals and businesses when required
- Advise methods and measures to strictly comply with the provisions of law and state agencies.
- Implement legal documents for the company
- Checking, modifying and supplementing legal documents, issued documents and transaction documents to ensure compliance with the provisions of the enterprise law, labor law, and other regulations of Government.
- Managing legal documents and records of the Company according to regulations
- Contact, deal with outside agencies to deal with Upper level assignments
- Support all departments in the company in legal
- Other jobs under the direction of Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University of Law with priority in Economic Law.
- At least 03 years of working experience in the same position
- Priority for candidates with experience in real estate companies.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, under high work pressure.
- Responsibility and enthusiasm for work
- Good in English or Japanese.
