Mô tả công việc
- Preparing monthly PIT reports, quarterly reports on the use of certificate of PIT withholding, annual PIT finalization.
- Registering, updating tax code and dependents for employees.
- Implementing policies related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees.
- Controlling employees’ working time attendance, calculating salary & payroll, bonus for employees; propose payment of wages, bonuses, advances, allowances to employees.
- Issuing, monitoring and extending labor contracts, issuing appendix of labor contracts; ensuring proper & prompt issue of the labor contract, the labor contract annex.
- Drafting and issuing decisions and notices of HR and the company.
- Consulting / explaining employees' questions related to salary, insurance, PIT.
- Preparing regular and irregular HR reports.
- Updating, managing employee records.
- Market research and policy advice on salaries, bonuses and benefits.
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from the University, majored in Law/Human Resource Management/Economics and related fields.
- Gender: Male/Female. Age 25 - 35.
- At least 02 years of experience in C&B. Expertise in the laws of labor, social insurance and PIT.
- Proficient use of office IT tools.
- Willingness of learning, improvement, teamwork and independence skills.
- Good ability of communication, negotiation, synthetizing, analysis, agility.
- Excellent writing skills in Vietnamese & English.
