- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection, data profiling/mapping/coding systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
- Support Tender & Contracting Strategy Lead in (40% of time consuming):
- Monthly update tender result from Distributor report into GTCS with the purpose of refreshing the tender calendar, utilize
- Check2Grow tool which report can be shared to Marketing/KAM/PGS.
- Extract the report Tender Calendar / Check2Grow and send to stakeholders (KAM/MKT/PGS) which can improve the forecast of PGS and increase awareness of MKT/KAM about tender calendar
- Tender Analysis and Quota consumption calculation by demand or regularly
- Support Channel Strategy Lead in (60% of time consuming):
- Prepare trade promotion form based on trade calendar
- Running data for rebate program (filter historical data, input min target & growth for customers,…)
- Work with SMS team in measure the performance of rebate program monthly & quarterly
- Ensure all reports transparently under Code of Conduct and aligning with marketing requirements
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
- Computers skill: Excellent level in MS Office (Excel is must, Access is advantage).
Experience:
- At least 1 year experience working as data analyst or business analyst or fresh graduated with good records for working with data.
Other skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries and presenting findings
