Mô tả công việc

Research business opportunity, organizations and individuals through different channels to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Develop strategy to reach the sales target, define the best campaigns and communication activities with related dept. to ensure maximum sales revenues.
Analyze, indentify and map business trends & customer needs.
Manage and retain strong relationship with existing clients as well as establish relationship with investor/consultant/contractor/client for new opportunity (Via emails/phone/set up meetings,...).
Increase client base through attending conferences, business meetings and industry events and get information of new projects.
Generate business leads and following up on sales opportunities before transferring to salesman.
Actively arrange meetings with clients and carry out product demonstrations or update new products of PEB.
Assist salesman acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones.
Working closely with other teams (Sales and marketing) to develop new business..
Train subordinates and help team members develop their skills.

University degree, MBA is an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry.
At least 05 years at same positions (BD, Sales, Marketing,…) in a foreign or multinational company.
Networking in construction industry is a must.
Incredible relationship-builder with an ability to engage, connect, and maintain relationships with a wide range of corporates.
