WHAT YOU DO

Talent Acquisition role (60% scope of work):

• Source qualified candidates via job sites, social networks, personal networking,...
• Select, screen and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
• Build and enrich the Talent Pools for current and future demands
• Take part in organizing IT talent programs, job fair events,...
• Support all necessary administration relating to the recruiting process

Employer Branding role (40% scope of work):

• Assist in monitoring our company‘s social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.)
• Produce effective, captivating content to attract both internal (True-ers) and external audiences.
• Work with all aspects of social media and brainstorm with the Mid-level to plan, create and execute campaigns

WHO YOU ARE

Knowledge & Experience

• Freshly graduated or final-year students in major: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Office Administration, Economics or related major.
• At least 3 months of experience in Recruitment, IT Recruitment is a plus

Individual Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both speaking & writing
• The skills to ask the right questions to understand the needs effectively of both internal

• People-centric mindset, along with passion, enthusiasm, dynamism, diligence, a delicate approach, and a can-do attitude are essential qualities for success
• Adaptable and able to learn quickly
• Courageous, dare to think differently & make a difference, not afraid to change the status and continuously improve
• Open-minded, willing to learn & change the way of thinking and doing for greater efficiency, flexible and adaptable to unexpected challenges
• Up to date with the market trends/ innovative communication approaches is preferable
