- Receiving works, direct consultation and/or reply by email, text (as request) about the cases requiring legal opinions, activities to deploy, execute, end of investment projects or works assigned.
- Reviewing the validity, proposals for drafting, modifying internal regulations, contracts, agreements or other documents of SABECO according to the assigned
- Counsels for partners in the evaluation and consideration of the implementation of internal regulations,
contracts, agreements, investment projects, tenders, payments, project finalization or other documents in the production and business activities of SABECO.
- Review the internal governing documents, contract, or other documents before submission for the approval of leadership.
- Counsel and prepare documentation for the draft of legal documents.
- Update, disseminate information about the new legal documents issued, the bill is likely to affect the business activities of SABECO; and propose using new legislation in internal regulations, contracts, agreement of SABECO
with partners to conform to law, prevention and minimizing risks for Sabeco.
- Engaging in profile appraisal; Control of process compliance, participate in negotiation, seminars, suggestions and draft types of contracts; Engage in activities involving the reception, inspection, asset use management;
Supervise the investment assessment in accordance with law; in order to restrict the risk of damaging the
Sabeco, the best protection for the rights and legitimate interests of Sabeco. Participate in the membership of the Project Management Board; the team performs the bidding work.
- Appraise the draft agreements, investment projects, design, estimation, bidding activities, project finalization to restrict the risk of damaging, best protection for the rights and legitimate interests of SABECO. Participate in a member of the team, independent group to perform a verification, evaluation of the projects.
- Receiving and consulting for disputes, complaints, accusations or lawsuits related to Sabeco settlement (including sequence and procedures).
- Receiving, consulting, implementation and management of registration records of trademark protection, new registration, renewal of the protection Diploma in Vietnam and other countries to protect the rights and interests of Sabeco for intellectual property rights.
- Receiving, advising, implementing and managing administrative records related to Sabeco's legal records.
- Join the meeting and representing SABECO with state administration agencies in the fields of operation of the Corporation as assigned by the leadership.
- Participate in consultation with SABECO 's units under a related incident or when required.
- Store, manage profiles, documents, text related works are assigned.
- Other tasks as assigned by the leaders of the Department.

- At least 03 years of practical work experience in the legal field. Prioritization of legal.
experience in the field of economics, commerce, enterprise, labour.
- The use of computers at the level of proficiency Microsoft Office.
- Negotiation skills and dispute resolution.
- Understanding the organization and operation of businesses and state agency systems.
- Ability to have logical thinking, arranging scientific and cautious work at work
