Mô tả công việc

Carry out risk assessments, report and coordinate with Safety & on-site Security Specialist on how risks can be mitigated, reduced and improved.
Be in charge small maintenance, security.
Jointly initiate, plan and implement safe warehouses and workplaces environment.
Audit, alter, coordinate and monitor workplaces’ environment so that they comply with Vietnam rules and legislation.
Recommend, comment and arrange suitable equipment/ PPE so as to reduce risk in work places.
Keep up to date with new legislations for HSSE (Warehouse & Workplaces).
Evaluate & carry out regular site and/ or sub-contractor inspections/ audit to ensure that policies and procedures on HSSE are being properly implemented and adhered with.
Promptly carry out accident investigations, liaise with the authorities and safety and security specialist on producing subsequent reports and recommendations.
Coordinate and investigate non-conformity incidents, develop preventive & remedial programs of HSSE (Warehouse & Workplaces).
Assist and/ or carrying out fire and warehouse accident case studies and drills.
Organize and chair safety committee meetings and make the necessary reports and ensure that all reports are prepared as per law requirements.
Perform public relation on HSSE to staff, customer and public.
Check the first aid kit and principle medicals.
Manage hazardous substances and the disposal of chemicals.
Attend the meeting/ presentation with customers and /or interested parties.
Assist formation of safety and security manual and amend whenever it deems necessary.
Arrange HSSE campaign and activities to staff.
Join internal/ external audits on ISO9000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and other customer/ supplier audits.
Coordinate & contact fire-fighting trainer for FL (later CL)
Any other jobs assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Practical knowledge & experiences in transport and/or warehouse safety
Knowledges of laws, rules & regulations on environment and occupational Health Safety including government announcement in the HSSE field.
Knowledge of international quality standards: ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 are for example.
Strong working knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Able to communicate in English
Quality & certify internal auditor certificate.
Aware and personally show adherence to employees’ code of conduct
Instinctively and in procession of environmental preserve attitude.
Bachelor’s Degree in Technical, labor safety, Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management; or a related field preferred; or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in SHE.
