Mô tả công việc

To plan activities and meet individual & team’s hiring targets of IC for the Fleet Recruitment.
To constantly source for new leads, conduct telephone interviews, conduct face to face interviews to maintain IC pipeline numbers above the agreed targets set by superior.
To report & record without fail daily leads gained, phone interviews made and face to face interview completed by end of each day.
To ensure high standards of service is achieved with operational effectiveness on a daily basis.
To ensure improvements in the sourcing activities, interviewing, hiring, data management & reporting processes by using the regional SOPs, Work Instructions & adopt best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office Software, especially Excel
Demonstrated good interviewing skills for blue collar workers preferably in an Express driver/rider recruitment environment
Intermediate written & oral communication skills in English.
Good written & oral communication in Venture’s language
Attention to detail in Recruitment and Hiring
Proven ability to work with a team in a result oriented environment
Committed and flexible to travel locally
Well connected in the local blue collar recruitment category will be an added advantage
At least 2 years of recruitment experience preferably with a diploma or high school graduate with related working experience will be considered
