Mô tả công việc
- Consult, plan communication strategies, and execute campaigns.
- Develop communication and marketing campaign/project ideas based on company or brand needs.
- Research client needs and budget regarding communication and advertising.
- Analyze consumer insights from data, surveys, social listening, etc.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry trends, and consumer behavior.
- Participate in pitching projects based on client budget, needs, and objectives.
- Support Account teams in running campaigns/projects.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to drive successful campaign outcomes.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years of experience in planning and executing communication campaigns.
- Proficient level of English & Writing Skills.
- Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical, logical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Sharp and articulate writing and idea presentation skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various departments/teams.
- Proactive, creative, and responsible.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and research tools (Google Trends, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Canva Pro and Capcut Pro.
- Candidates with PPT certifications (e.g., 9slide...) are preferred.
- Candidates with knowledge of Looker Studio and data analysis are preferred.
