Senior Manager, HR Shared Services (Core C&B Background)

Execute HR Strategy, plans, policies, and initiatives.
- Provide day to day direction to the HR Shared Services team while contributing to and implementing the development and strategy of the HR Shared Services to meet the business goals of NLL and strategy of NLG.
- Partner with NLL HR Director, the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Center of Excellence (COE) to support the overall HR objectives & initiatives to provide the best HR-Adm services to stakeholders.
- Partner with the leadership team at NLL to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy aligned with Group particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Design/Implement new employee initiatives all other HR.
Drive Excellence in Operating HR-Administration Functions.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the Talent Acquisition team to provide the best Talent Acquisition services in acquiring talents at directorial, managerial, and professional
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage Compensation & Benefits team to provide the best services to all stakeholders NLL and ensure compliance for all C&B activities.
- Talent Development and Management
- HRIS system
- Control Operation Budget (OB)
- Risk & Compliance Management
- Administration & IT help desk: overall management the Administration team to deliver the best services of the administration procedures, and provision of administrative support to all stakeholders
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Background / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Economic/HR Management.
- At least 15 years of working experience in managerial position in HR General, HRBP, HR Operations etc. including at least 5 years of experience in similar position from the large-scale companies.
- Strong knowledge and hand-on experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation
- Experience in handling of web-based management systems (HRIS)
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
