Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review and provide comprehensive legal advice on agreements between the Company and third parties, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with the Company’s commercial objectives.
Advise related teams and the Board of Directors (BOD) on day-to-day legal matters arising from business operations.
Support internal teams in negotiations with clients and partners, including clarifying contractual scope, rights and obligations to safeguard the Company’s interests.
Oversee contract lifecycle management, including monitoring key deal terms and preparing legal assessments and reports for the BOD when required.
Handle and resolve dispute matters, with a primary focus on copyright and intellectual property issues.
Deliver internal legal training sessions and compliance briefings to relevant teams and departments, as necessary.
Liaise and collaborate with the Headquarters Legal Group and external counsel on both specific transactions and general legal matters.
Conduct legal research and provide timely updates on regulatory developments relevant to the Company’s business model and industry operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the BOD and the Headquarters Legal Group.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. A valid practicing Lawyer Certificate is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience, including experience in copyright and/or intellectual property matters.
Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Other Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset; able to work independently with high accountability and collaborate effectively across teams.
