Mô tả công việc

SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Reviewing and follow principle contracts. To propose amendments if needed
Legal consult and to make minutes/ report of legal issues when required
To provide support, liaise with governmental department and other statutory authorities
To check company issues relating to internal rules, policies

MAIN JOBS & DETAIL TASKS:

1. Contract review:

To review and follow principle contracts and propose amendments if needed.
Review all kinds of contract and agreement in term of legal to make sure it complies with Vietnam law and protect the company from risks.
Support supervisors in negotiating contracts, agreements where required by other departments

2. Compliance issues:

To propose and prepare amendment to internal rules if needed/ required
To update and systematize all legal documents issued by government agencies relevant to the company’s business
Provide advice and legal information to BOD and Heads of Departments regarding all business issues
Conduct compliance check and coordinate to provide training on legal matters to all employees

3. Other tasks:

To prepare documents, check legal issues and liaise with competent authorities regarding to business registration and other licensing issues
To translate legal documents, internal regulations or general correspondences into English or vice versa
Legal support for M&A projects; purchase and sale of shares and contributed capital... and other financial investment projects if required;
Other legal matter.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. EDUCATION:

University graduate or higher majoring in Law or related majors.

2. EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience or in the same position (prefer in FMCG industry).
Having good relationship with authorities is an advantage.

3. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Law degree obtained from Law university in Vietnam or a common law country.
Understanding or experience in general corporate law, comercial law, product promotion, competition law, trade compliance… is a plus.
Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT)
Fluent in English.

4. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Be proactive at work.
Can work independently and in groups.
Strong problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities, with commitment to delivering results.
