Senior HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition & OD - Full time)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Recruiting as per request from departments
- Assist departments in selecting candidates that will be a strong cultural/job fit
- Assist HRM in developing Employer Branding/ Talent pool & update new Job descriptions.
2. Learning & Organizational Development
- Conduct & improve Induction training for newhires
- Assist HRM in developing competency matrix /OD programs- training programs as business needs.
3. HR projects:
- Assist HRM in improving/developing HR policies, HR change management & reorganization
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or higher
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Good english communication
- Proactive with can-do attitude
- Result oriented and innovative thinking
