Senior Customer Service Agent / 6 Months EXP
Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with relevant departments and partners to quickly resolve difficulties that arise during Customer Support process.
- Propose optimal solutions for the team's workflow.
- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits via email in a professional manner.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Keep records of issues/problems from customers.
- Work closely with other departments if customers are having problems with the product (feedback, request...)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Experience in e-commerce/ retail/ start-up/ tech companies is preferred
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Google Sheet, and web searches
- Good English communication skills is preferred (English: 6.5 IELTS)
- Strong interpersonal communication, multitasking skills
- Constructive and creative thinking (in problem solving)
- Stay current and propose changes to internal work processes, policies, and procedures.
Professional Skills: Experience in e-commerce/ retail/ start-up/ tech companies is preferred

Thời gian làm việc
- Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (từ 08:00 đến 17:00)
- Offline work at the company office
- Flexible schedule: 8:00 – 17:00 or 9:00 – 18:00
- Working days: Monday to Friday, and 2 Saturdays per month (alternate weeks)
