Sales Representative/ Shop Salesperson - Fine Wines (English CV Required) - Retail Shop HCMC

The role:
Wine Shop Salesperson shall be in charge for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and new clients, identifying sales opportunities and increasing them, optimizing the brand recognition and image of Enoteca.
- Reporting line: Store Manager/ Assistant Manager
- Working hour: 48 hours per week in shifts; shifts shall be defined in the interview.
- work location: Enoteca shop located in Takashimaya (Sai Gon Ward, HCMC)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities hrough prospecting and networking.
- Monitor reservations and daily walk-in visitors
- Ensure wine shop cleanliness and organize maintenance of the facility
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our wines to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Track inventory of wine, retail items, and general supplies
- Pack shipments, organize delivery, and ensure accurate records on orders
- Execution of onsite events in coordination with Wine Shop Manager
- Handle daily reports following the store’s policies and operation standard procedures
- Track and manage the shop organization and tidiness following the store’s policies and operation standard procedures
- Documentation and essential databases filling, updating
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Technical and soft skills
Essential
- Passion for sales, people, eventually and ideally wine.
- Flexible schedule, ability to work in peak times
- Competent computer skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently, manage stairs easily, and work on feet
Desirable
- Wine education and qualification
2. Experience
- At least 1 year of work experience on sales in wine industry, or
- At least 2 years of work experience on sales representative at high-end bars, restaurants, preferably in high end retail/hospitality

Probation period: 2 months

- Working hours: ensuring 48 hours per week from Monday to Sunday at shop; Dayoff: 1 day per week
