JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and connect with potential customers in the Vietnam market through platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, as well as networks built from previous jobs, exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
- Introduce products/services, provide consulting solutions, and deliver after-sales customer care.
- Conduct customer outreach activities via phone calls, messages, and emails.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with customers and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Collect feedback from the market and customers to propose product/service improvements.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge in the following fields: business (B2B/B2C), import/export, logistics, international trade, real estate, insurance, or SaaS software.
- Having an established network and B2B client portfolio is an advantage.
- Ability to work remotely with a strong sense of responsibility; proactive in managing time and workload to ensure performance and KPI achievement.
- Persistent and decisive in business, with a strong sales mindset; proactive and results-driven in pursuing opportunities and generating outcomes.
- Passionate about career growth and increasing income in the fields of global import-export and information technology.
- Quick-thinking, growth-oriented, fast learner, and willing to face pressure and challenges.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and sales closing skills.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
