- Proactively research and study the company’s plastic film products to provide consultancy and answer all customer inquiries.
- Actively seek new customer sources, build customer databases, and expand business networks.
- Directly negotiate pricing and contract terms; finalize deals and assist customers through the signing process.
- Monitor and supervise monthly/quarterly orders in accordance with signed customer commitments.
- Provide post-sales customer care to maintain and develop sustainable relationships with existing clients.
- Travel frequently for domestic and international business trips (especially to the Indian market) to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age & Gender: Male, between 25 – 30 years old.
- Education: College or University degree.
- Experience: 2 – 5 years of B2B sales experience in technical or industrial sectors; priority is given to candidates with experience in printing or packaging industries.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (Advanced level); priority is given to candidates with experience managing the Indian market.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet usage.
- Soft Skills: Strong planning abilities, effective problem-solving within deadlines, persuasive skills, and the capacity to make decisions impacting departmental business results.
