We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships. The role involves setting sales strategies, guiding the team, and analyzing market trends to support business goals. Strong sales experience, team leadership, and English proficiency are essential. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Address client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Develop plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.

Experience in Sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with grassroots customers.
Proven ability to manage a team and work under target pressure.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
