Mô tả công việc
- Management, supervision, and responsibility for the Legal team;
- Support all departments as well as the BOD;
- Advise the BOD on a suitable legal mechanism for the Company as well as for new project/product;
- Ensure the Company comply with internal compliance rules and external regulatory requirements;
- Key contact for legal and compliance issues arising relating to the Company;
- Liaison between the Company and outside counsel on specific issues;
- Provide legal advice and opinion on legal matters to minimize exposure to liabilities and disputes;
- Prepare and review legal and corporate documents for routine legal works as well as legal documents relating to Company daily operation;
- Handle liaison work with government authority
- Liaise with other function to smoothed legal transactions.
- Reports to BOD
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law;
- Lawyer certificate is an advantage;
- 3-4 years relevant experience with law firm and/ or in-house involving corporate advisory works;
- 2 years of experiences at management level;
- Legal experiences relating to finance sector is preferred;
- Organized and committed to meeting deadline;
- Strong drafting and researching skill;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment;
- Good command of English is an advantage;
- Good command of computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
