KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Identify candidate sources based on recruitment needs;
2. Post up jobs, search CVs and arrange interview both for Commercial and Non-commercial positions;
3. Do other actions needed to attract as many candidates as possible
4. Give proper guidance to job seekers to key in information if any.
5. Develop and manage candidate database
6. Organize job fairs or other recruitment activities for recruitment purposes;
7. Manage to have onboarding and integration process efficient
8. Update and maintain job descriptions of all positions;
9. Be responsible for labor disciplinary of new hires.
10. Prepare some reports if required;
11. Other related ad hoc tasks.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
- Education: University Degree on finance, economics
- Industry Experiences: at least 3 year of experience in recruitment
- Language: Conversant in English and Vietnamese.
- Computer: Office computer, strong Excel skill
Knowledge/ Skills:
1. Ability to Meet Deadlines, Ability to Work Under Pressure;
2. Good at communicative English is preferred;
3. Good at MS office, especially MS. Excel;
4. Positive, can do and willing to learn mindset;
5. Time-management, communication skill;
6. Comfortable to work in temporary period.
