Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
1. Identity the sources based on recruitment needs;
2. Open/ deactivate jobs on Jobvite system;
3. Give proper guidance to job seekers to key in information on Jobvite system;
4. Post up the job, search CV and arrange for the interview both for Operators and non-operator positions;
5. Do other actions needed to attract as many candidates as possible;
6. Work with vendors/ Diza for recruitment support on banner/flyer;
7. Join Job fairs or other recruitment activities for recruitment purposes;
8. Control recruitment needs vs cost;
9. Be responsible for orientation program and internal training courses;
10. Update and maintain job descriptions of all positions;
11. Prepare some reports if required;
12. Other related ad hoc tasks.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. 01 – 02 years’ proven work experience in Recruitment;
2. Good at communicative English is preferred;
3. Good at MS office, especially MS. Excel;
4. Positive attitude, can do attitude; willing to learn;
5. Able to keep professional image for the company;
6. Sociable, open minded, polite;
7. Time-management, negotiation skill;
8. Ability to Meet Deadlines, Ability to Work Under Pressure.
Preferred Education
- University/ College graduated;
