1. Talent Management:
- Manage manpower recruitment for both Office and Restaurants
- Manage the building up of an effective recruitment system, including candidate database, recruitment channels, interview process, etc.:
- Manage and support the implementation of employer branding activities, including social acitivities, job fairs, school campaign
- Support soft-skill training programs for the organization
2. Employee Engagement:
- Develop and run employee satisfaction measurement tools/ programs for all level of employees of the organization
- Ensure RCD team is able to deliver good support and value to the operations of restaurants and the organization
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated
- Strong experience in recruitment or training
- Good organization skills
- English & presentation skill
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Be nonest, friendly, have Can-Do attitude
