Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the operation of all DELICA stores:
Go to stores for checking the situation and support for store operation, ensuring the New business store follow concept properly
Coordinate between all stores for information sharing, inventory transferring
Coordinate with supplier for ordering and delivery.
Propose the renovation and innovation to increase the sales
Support for opening new DELICA stores:
Support for setup fixture and display for new stores
Training operation/cashier skill and product knowledge for new staff
Support for operation during the opening period
Coordinate with recruitment team to hiring right staffs for new stores.
Other duties:
Support MD to complete the assortment plan for new store chain following new concept
Coordinate with HR and store OP to do the skill training for store staffs
Make daily, monthly report
Create and print POP, product information… for all stores
Arrange with accounting for payment to suppliers
Order small equipment, stationery and material for store using
Other tasks assigned by Delica Manager/ Supervisor Manager

Qualifications & Experience:
College or University degree, preferably in Food Process, Retaurant& Hotel or related subjects.
1-3 year experience. Passion in Food & Beverage Business
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
Good communication skill (both verbal & written).
Customer-oriented mindset.
Time-management and team work skills.
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
Abilities to use computer, office programs and database.
