Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in handling customer orders.
- Coordinate and supervise export shipment activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements.
- Handle import operations, including coordinating with suppliers, managing customs clearance, and ensuring compliance with import regulations.
- Resolve any unexpected issues or delays during the export process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Liaise with government departments and agencies related to export operations (e.g., customs, trade compliance) to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party service providers.
- Monitor and analyze order and shipment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Communicate directly with international clients in English, both in writing and verbally, to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Manage and lead the business team, assigning tasks effectively, setting priorities, and ensuring team productivity and alignment with company goals.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in order processing, export operations, and import operations.
- Proven experience in handling export-related government departments and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected issues independently.
- Proficiency in using order management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, with the ability to communicate directly with international clients.
- Experience in managing and leading a business team, with the ability to allocate tasks effectively and ensure team performance.
- Familiarity with the furniture industry is a strong advantage.
