Mô tả công việc
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Trade Marketing strategies to achieve business and market share objectives.
- Deeply analyze market data, shopper insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, proposing innovative Trade Marketing solutions.
- Proactively discuss, negotiate, and collaborate closely with Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand image, and maximum effectiveness of campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of promotional programs, in-store activations, events, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) across various distribution channels.
- Evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of Trade Marketing activities, provide detailed reports, and propose adjustments to optimize budgets and results.
- Effectively manage the Trade Marketing budget, ensuring activities are executed within allocated resources.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, retail partners, and other key stakeholders to maximize collaboration and support.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
- In-depth understanding of retail channels, merchandising strategies, and promotional activities.
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to make data-driven decisions, and excellent project management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, capable of leading significant projects.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
