- Build brand development plans, conceptualization and implementation of marketing campaigns, battle media translation in order to maintain and increase brand awareness in the market, to ensure harmony between the brand and the company's development strategy.
- Planning marketing strategies, plans, solutions and activities in the short and long term.
- Deploy monthly, quarterly and annual marketing activities, coordinate with departments ensure effective and timely implementation.
- Collect and analyze market trends, customer opinions, competitors ... to capture growth opportunities, while identifying risks that can affect your sales and market share

- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop pricing strategies, menus and promotion policies forever, ... suitable through each center, each period of the year.
- Develop tools to measure the effectiveness of Marketing activities, in order to promptly make recommendations
- High work efficiency (ROI), ensuring synchronous and efficient implementation progress.
- Manage budgets and costs, ensure reasonable and effective marketing activities.
- Coordinate with departments Stella, Digital, PR ... to maximize the efficiency of communication on each vehicle.
- Participate in recruiting, training, evaluating, managing and checking employee's work progress in the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.
- Report periodically to Marketing Director.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have at least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Priority candidates with experience in the field of restaurants, hotels, banquets weddings ... in large corporations following the chain model
- Has extensive knowledge in branding and development.
- Practical capacity in corporate governance and administration.
- Understand current economic law and have general legal knowledge
- Ability to arrange, manage and run work.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, resistant to high pressure at work
- Good conversational English
