Legal Staff
Mô tả công việc
- Reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal letters (sale and purchase, lease, consultancy, etc.) in both English and Vietnamese.
- Research, analyze and update regulations and consult functional departments' legal issues relating to the company’s business or operations with clear and rational-legal advice
- Work with competent authorities as requested by the Legal Head
- Doing legal research and working on legal updates serving for department involved.
- Assist colleagues on an ad-hoc basis on legal issues pertaining to other functions in our project (commercial contracts, corporate issues, licensing, labor issues, etc.)
- Assist Legal Head with general legal advice and support on completion of internal regulations.
- Other tasks assigned by B.O.D.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in law.
- Minimum 1 year experience from the law firm, in-house or government legal advisor, focusing on matters related to real estate, land issues, and construction.
- English: Specialize in Law
- Good in MS Office
- Working time: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch break)
