Mô tả công việc
- Legal Appraisal: Legally appraise and control documents, documents and contracts related to regular procurement activities of the Company; Legal due diligence of draft business contracts; Presiding over drafting all kinds of contract templates to serve all production and business activities of the Company.
- Legal advice: Internal legal advice to the Board of Directors, Board of Management, other Departments to ensure that all activities of the Company are carried out in accordance with relevant laws.
- Participating in dispute settlement to protect legitimate rights and interests: Consulting and participating in dispute resolution related to the Company's business and production activities.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Law or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in reading and writing English
- Proficient in Office
- Hardworking, meticulous, and proactive in proposing and improving processes
- Dynamic, vivacious, honest, careful, and enthusiastic at work.
- Independent working skills and teamwork skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Counseling and persuasion skills
Nice-to-have:
- Having a certificate in Law is an advantage
Preferable candidates with experience in the field of Information Technology
