Mô tả công việc

Legal Appraisal: Legally appraise and control documents, documents and contracts related to regular procurement activities of the Company; Legal due diligence of draft business contracts; Presiding over drafting all kinds of contract templates to serve all production and business activities of the Company.
Legal advice: Internal legal advice to the Board of Directors, Board of Management, other Departments to ensure that all activities of the Company are carried out in accordance with relevant laws.
Participating in dispute settlement to protect legitimate rights and interests: Consulting and participating in dispute resolution related to the Company's business and production activities.
Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Degree in Law or related disciplines.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluent in reading and writing English
Proficient in Office
Hardworking, meticulous, and proactive in proposing and improving processes
Dynamic, vivacious, honest, careful, and enthusiastic at work.
Independent working skills and teamwork skills
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Counseling and persuasion skills

Nice-to-have:

Having a certificate in Law is an advantage
Preferable candidates with experience in the field of Information Technology

Salary range: Upto 15M
13th month salary
