Legal Specialist
Mô tả công việc
· Monitor and escalate emerging risks and urgent issues leading to Company’s potential risk exposure, advise departments about risks preventive measures;
· Making monthly and ad-hoc internal and regional risk management and compliance reports;
· Implement and follow up risk assessment projects;
· To ensure that the company comply with Laws, company regulations and policies as well as provide advice, guidance for departments on matters of compliance;
· Follow up and submit reports to authorities;
· Other tasks assigned by Director in charge and Head of Department.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
· Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in the field of risk management or legal & compliance;
· Good command of spoken and written in English;
· Computer literate: MS Office, Outlook and Internet;
· Good problem solving skills;
· Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks;
· Good organizing and time-management skills.
