Assist Legal Counsel in consulting and providing legal advices to the Company's management in relation to the business activities of the Company.
Assist in conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, legal articles, and prepare memorandum as appropriate.
Support in gathering information needed for legal advice/consultancy on the Company's activities.
Assist in drafting correspondence, legal documents, contracts and other documents for the business of the Company.
Assist overseeing all legal aspects of the Company and give accurate and timely advices to the Company's management in various legal topics.
Assist in reviewing and recommending revision to the Company's documents such as contracts, agreements, internal regulations, memorandums or letters, etc. to ensure the full compliance with laws by the Company.
Having minimum knowledge and experience in performing corporate compliance tasks.
Assist in communicating with external parties (external counsel, governmental authorities, etc.).
Identify legal risks affecting the Company's business and suggest preventive measures and/or remedial actions.
Support in managing and maintaining legal documents of the Company.
Assist in carrying out legal administrative procedures related to the Company's operations.
Conduct the work with integrity and responsibility.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Vietnamese national.
Bachelor's degree (or above) in law.
Minimum 2 years' experience from law firm in-house legal advisor.
Excellent Vietnamese and English skills (written and oral).
Technical insights in hospitality and legal matters applicable to hospitality and gaming business is a strong advantage, but not required.
