Legal Manager
Mô tả công việc
• Provide legal advices and solutions to BOD regarding to all business issues.
• Represent BOD on communicating with all departments in the company and particularly follows up on the compliance of all departments as the company procedures.
• Provide legal opinions, advising legal/regulatory issues, preparing/finalizing legal documents for day-to-day works.
• Review all kinds of contract and agreement in term of legal to make sure it comply with Vietnam law and protect the company from risks.
• Provide legal support for disputes arising from contract implementation.
• Study and monitor existing and new laws/ regulations, conduct analysis, and provide insightful recommendations to assure the company's compliance with applicable laws/regulations.
• Represent the Company in litigation in relation to corporate services (if any).
• Supervise and coach junior professionals, help them enhance their contribution and development of capabilities.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree or above from accredited law school. Having lawyer card is an advantage.
• Have intensive knowledge of Vietnamese laws and common international trade laws.
• Have solid commercial and business knowledge.
• From 10 years of experience working in legal field at foreign companies and/or international law firms.
• High level of English writing in contracts and in business communications.
• Good ability of risk analyzing, problem solving and solid judgment.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to keep sensitive information confidential.
• High degree of ethics, honesty.
• Good at Microsoft Office applications.
