Legal Manager

- Research, consult, and provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and departments on issues related to investment, real estate business, housing, construction...
- Carrying out work related to project legal, real estate, project M&A
- Involve in the implementation of procedures related to Land.
- Conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, contracts
- Communicating and cooperating with other teams inside the company to deal with raised legal issues, including but not limited to licenses, administrative procedures
- Organizing and updating the real estate and construction related laws in Vietnam.
- Management of various legal contract management for ongoing and future projects
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Law University degree or higher (Similar major is acceptable)
- Good at English
- 3-7 years of experience in the similar or relevant position (Real estate development, Construction, or investment)
- Experience working at foreign companies, including Korean companies, preferred.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong motivation to learn new things
- High attention to detail
Quyền lợi/Phúc lợi
- Salary: 18M ~ 22M VND (Gross Salary/ Negotiable)
- Negotiable depending on experience and proficiency.
- Participate in Social insurance under Vietnamese labor law
- Working time: Mon - Fri (8:00 am - 17:00 pm, 1 hour for lunch break) and Saturday (9 am - 12am).
