Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.
Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Legal Executive.
+ Work location: HN Head Office, Aeon Mall Long Bien, Co Linh, Long Bien, Hanoi
+ Working time: 5 days/ week (Monday - Friday)
+ Report to: Manager
+ Team: about 15 members
1. Draft and vet a broad range of contracts and agreements (25%)
2. Research and advise on legal matters for all departments in company (20%)
3. Work and advise on contracts for project development (10%)
4. Draft and revise internal regulations, procedures and contract templates (10 %)
5. Coordinate and support all departments in negotiating contracts and agreements (10%)
6. Review and analyze all materials relating to disputes, provide legal advice for solving such disputes (5%)
7. Study and analyze Vietnamese law related to company business and operation and provide training on legal matters to all employees (5%)
8. Train and oversee subordinates at work where required (5%)
9. Conduct compliance check (5%)
10. Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree in Law
2. Have at least 3 years working experience in legal related fields (Experience/ knowledge in real estate field is an advantage).
3. Good written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese.
4. Good at Microsoft Office (Especially MS Word).
5. Good Negotiation and Problem solving skills.
