Mô tả công việc

Ensure all contracts, agreements, transactions, and activities are consistent with Vietnamese laws and relevant applicable regulation and company policies.
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
Drives contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, and/or contract execution. Manages contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input.
Developing formats /templates for various types of Agreement.
Give accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, ventures, corporate finance, etc.).
Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces within Vietnam.
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors (if any).
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Legal.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor’s degree in law.
At least 3 years of experience in similar field.
Proficient skills in MS Office & PPT.
Excellent ability to read, understand and write legal frameworks (laws, regulations, policies, decrees, SOP’s).
Excellent understanding of Vietnamese legal system and applicable laws, especially in the corporate, industrial relations area.
Ability to quickly adapt with (legal) changes across businesses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
