Vietnam Investments Group (VIG) is looking for Legal Executive to join our Portfolio company – Vietnam Food (VNF).
Founded with the vision of creating positive impacts on by‐products treatment to build a new industry, Vietnam Food (VNF) is the pioneer in developing value‐added products from by‐products. VNF has achieved some milestones and has been leading the shrimp by‐product sector in Vietnam.

Fast growth and high potential thanks to the huge volume of agriculture and aquaculture by‐products, which are nutritious but treated as waste.
Different strategy focusing on biotechnological zero‐waste production model and application of modern techniques to optimize operation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Draft, evaluate, and control the company's internal documents;
Compose official letters to authorities and company representatives work with administrative agencies, judicial authorities to handle procedures related to production and operation activities of the company;
Draft, check, or review & negotiate sales/commercial contracts and consult on contract matters as well as other related issues;
Monitor the execution of contracts/documents and implementation of the transactions;
Responsible for negotiating with bad debt customers about payment terms and recovering as much as possible through all available;
Update on newly legal documents (policies of tax, labor, trading...) that related to the organization, operation and production of the company;
Provide risk assessment and legal advice on the company's operations and development projects;
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations for all activities in the company;
Securing company and its all possessions from any illegal problems;
Research relevant law stipulation and consult on issues arising from various activities of the Company;
Other legal requirements/ supports within the Company assigned by line manager and/ or BOD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor’s Degree in Laws (Commercial or Business)
4 to 5 years of experience working as an internal law consultant in a manufacturing company or a law firm
English proficiency (oral and writing)
Good knowledge of Vietnam laws and regulations
Detail-oriented and Honesty
Persuasive individual possessing strong negotiating skills, oral and written communications skills
Ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks, and provide practical and constructive legal advice in a business environment
Ability to work under high pressure
Excellent time management, communications, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills
Effective problem solver
