- Reviewing and compose contracts, agreements and other legal documents related to business, commercial and investment transactions of the Company.
- Consulting and advising on legal issues of business, investment, enterprise, tax, property, labor and other arising issues related to the management of production & business activities of the Company, BU/Department.
- Participating in the negotiation and settlement of legal problems arising in the process of signing and performing contracts and transactions.
- Periodically review, systematize and manage legal documents in accordance with the Group&039;s regulations.
- Other tasks assigned by direct management.
- Implement legal procedures for new issuance, adjustment of business licenses, investment licenses of BU/Industry with State agencies.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated University/ Master majoring in Law
- Management skills, guiding subordinates to implement and comply with regulations and procedures issued by specialized and/or internal agencies.
- Used to work in the technology industry and/or the field of logictics.
- Experience in handling diverse and complex legal issues and transactions arising in a big corporation
- Good at English (4 skills)
- At least 08 years of working experience, including at least 03 years working for a FDI company.
- Be able to receiving requests, collecting information, analyzing and evaluating; identify legal problems; apply legal provisions to handle the problem and offer the most appropriate legal solution to ensure the legitimate interests of the Company.
